Requests we accept

Returns are available for both defective and non-defective goods, and exchanges may be requested. The request must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery and relate to a new product. A change-of-mind return must still be new, unused and in original condition. Faulty, damaged, wrong or missing merchandise is reviewed appropriately; legal consumer rights are preserved.

Start with a review

Before sending anything back, contact atkinsonosborne5832168@gmail.com with your order number, checkout email and explanation. Photos or video are useful for faults or shipping damage; keep related packaging and parts. Once we approve the request, we provide the correct return address and mailing instructions, which may differ from our correspondence address.

Sending a return or arranging an exchange

Approved eligible goods are mailed with the free prepaid label supplied inside the original package. Tell us if the label is absent. There is no restocking fee. An exchange or replacement remains subject to assessment and stock.

How approved refunds are issued

We process and initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Your financial institution may need additional posting time after that step.

These practices do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
